Hi. I’m Cathrine

...the creative director and founder of urbanmantra.
I've always felt that with the many roles that women take on we need something of our own, a place, a practice, a quiet moment to keep us balanced and take us from one day to the next with a ready smile and open heart. Yoga, pilates and meditation have been that for me, whether hopping on a plane and catching taxis or putting baby to bed and logging off after a long day.
So I wanted to bring to life urbanmantra, a place to be, to laugh, stay in touch, and pause for breath.
